Rising Kites is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization. As a result of our work, we have provided encouragement and resources to over 3,800 families within the Down syndrome community and created employment opportunities for 13 individuals with disabilities—all with the goal of celebrating the GIFT of Down syndrome.
Our Impact
Rising Kites currently partners with 160 healthcare facilities around the United States and has distributed bags to over 3,800 families in all 50 states as well as 22 countries around the world.
As of April 2026, we have distributed 3,841 bags to families entering the Down syndrome community.
The Rising Kites employment program has provided employment to 13 individuals with disabilities. These individuals have worked over 5,000 hours across our employment programs as of April 2026. To find out more about this program head to Rising Kites Coffee.
